Returns
All
returns must be approved by email and assigned a RMA# (return
merchandise authorization) before being returned to us. Returns are
accepted within the first 5 days of you receiving the product. We can
only accept returns on items that have NOT been used, opened or damaged
during installation in any way (Filters, Bulbs, Hydroponic Systems,
Trays, Reservoirs and Liquids are non-returnable, this includes
nutrients, additives, pH buffers, cloning solutions, etc). If the item
was opened and determined that the product is defective/damaged we will
help resolve the issue with shipping carrier or through the manufacturer
of the product.
Shipping
is not refunded. In some cases shipping is free, we do not refund the
actual shipping costs incurred by us to ship the product to you.
(Special Order Items will be charged a restocking fee because we return
them to the manufacturer and they charge us a restocking fee) If you
have a question about what is or is not a special order item please call
us prior to purchase and we will be happy to let you know. Buyer is
responsible for shipping costs. Ask as many questions as possible before
you agree to buy because this applies to you!
